YOU WERE MY HOME.

I saw a home,
A home so beautiful that it knocked me off my feet,
And I fell,
I fell so badly in love with it's peculiarity that it had,
it's colourful appearance had me going mad,
The peals of laughter soaked in it's lumbers,
The holding hands that walked in it's chambers,
The silence of the night and that of peaceful slumbers,
All the sweet promises with which it's floors trembled,
The kisses and hugs that warmed up its walls,
The whispers of love that travelled in it's halls,
The clinking of the glasses and loud cheers,
The heaven in abundance with both giggles and tears.
I saw a home,
a home in you,
But alas!
You shook me up saying
I was dreaming.
And this time too
I fell,
Only that, I felt apart.

Night, my knight.!

During the day she walked
with the beaming light on her face,
Reflecting each single emotion she carried with herself,
She felt a little insecure with every step on her pace,

With every sentiments she showed
She could feel the stabs,
She felt cheated, Lied to, manipulated and broken,
She staggered through the road called life finding escapes,

She teetered and tottered being tortured by those infinite faces,
Being Vulnerable to their judgements she started stumbling,
Her life turned upside down giving a feeling like that of Hades..

She longed for night to come for she wanted to rewrap her revealed social devotions,
"Night, oh night...!" she moaned and shrieked overflowing with notions
She wished to relive her life after ending all the mind controlling situations,

The night finally came, she turned off the lights,
Sitting in a corner she cried and cried,
The monsters around her were no more to be seen so she bravely regained her head for heights,

She danced, grooved and dwelled in  night's darkness
Spellbounded by it's magic, she fell in love with the night,
The emotions, feelings, sentiments all were now repacked in her heart's hollowness.

For the day to come, she assembled herself in a new attire,
She now took each steps with caution and care,
She bravely put the unwanted predicaments into the newly prepared bonfire.

From that day forward she waited happily for night to come,
Restraining her feelings to the guarded ones,
She got herself lost in night, oh night, so Wondersome.

Hope to not hope

Hope: the virtuous desire for future good,
Makes its appearance wearing "call to suffering" hood,
It's a strong word with profound meaning,
Fall in it's trap, make your lives deadening.
In this world, time after time, each of us hope for something good to happen,
For our good deeds to be remembered and misdeeds to be forgotten,
For someone to be there in in our worst of times,
For our lives to be happening and ring our chimes,
for somedays to be same as the other happy days gone by,
For us to wear wings and fly high in the sky,
For somethings to change forever,
For our lingering thoughts to be over,
For someplaces to evoke in us the same amount of nostalgia that it used to before,
For that maddening feeling to be vanquished from our heart's core,
For some unacceptable incidents to vanish from our minds,
For us to be with "The one" with whom our hearts intertwines,
For something or someone to be other way around,
For us to forever run away from the responsibilities to which we are bound,
For some people to be struck-off and some to be added on in our lives,
For some more happiness and some less sadness tides.
Oh wait! my dearest friend, Lo and behold!
Let the bitter truth be told,
In the act of hoping, we, as often as not miss out ourselves,
On all the current happiness that each of our life's chapter wants to tell..!
